| Didn't get a response in the technical forum, so maybe someone knows in general. A few weeks back I picked up a used set of Volk AV3's off of another 300zx user, 18x8 in front and 18x10 in back. Apparently he needed some money so he put his stock wheels on and gave them to me for a great price. I bought some smaller lug nuts from SPL and went to install them only to find that my stock wheel studs were too short and that I was only able to grab a single thread, if even that. I have emailed a few other members with the same wheels and offsets and none of them needed longer wheel studs. Previous owner didn't need them either. So I must be overlooking something big or I'm just unlucky and have short wheel studs... So here are my questions. 1. Anyone else with Volk AV3s have this same problem (93TT with a stock suspension)?
2. What is the stock wheel stud length? I searched and Bernie says they are 50mm. If they are then what's the point of Nismo 50mm wheel studs?
3. What is the difference between the front and rear Nismo 60mm studs?
4. Anyone know of a place where I might be able to locate a single Volk AV3 center cap? I know they aren't being made anymore, but I'm missing one and it bothers me.
